Sign up with your email address and verify it to get started. The process takes under a minute. You can also sign in with Google or Apple, or set up passkeys for biometric authentication.

Define Your Search Intent
Start with the AI wizard or manual editor. Pick one marketplace or Multi, then enter broad keywords, choose a location from the suggestions, set your radius, define a price range, and choose how often the search checks. Use Custom URL mode for a single platform when the marketplace has native filters you need.

Add Rules to Refine Matches
Fine-tune what qualifies as a match after the core search is clear. Add category or condition for single-platform standard searches, give the AI filter enough plain-language context for broad or ambiguous hunts, and use title rules to require must-have terms or exclude obvious junk. A raw search for "iPhone" might return cases, chargers, and cracked screens, so the filtering stack helps remove the repeat noise.

Connect Your Notification Channels
Choose delivery after the search is shaped. Use default channels for simple searches, or override channels per search when urgency differs. Classifindr supports Discord, Telegram, Email, and Web Push, or install our iOS or Android app to receive native push directly to your phone.

Activate and Let Classifindr Monitor
Flip the switch and your search goes live. Pick how often it checks: every 1 minute for urgent hunts, every 10 minutes for everyday watches, or every 60 minutes for slow background searches. Each search runs on its own schedule, and when a check finds a match your alert is sent to your selected channels. Per-search health is visible right in your dashboard so you know your searches are running.

Review Your Alert Feed
When a new listing matches your criteria, it lands in your alert feed with all the details. Review on the web or on the iOS or Android app, jump directly to the original listing, mark items as read, or hide irrelevant matches. Respond quickly when the right listing appears.

The first version of any search is rarely the right one. Start strict so your feed stays clean from day one, then watch per-search health. If a search stops matching anything for a few days, loosen an exclude rule. If alerts start to feel repetitive, tighten the keywords or add clearer AI relevance context. Every search comes with health indicators so you know exactly when to adjust, which means you stay protected from both alert fatigue and silent misses.
