A 60 minute search costs 1 unit. A 10 minute search costs 3. A 1 minute search costs 7. Each unit is $1.60 a month, or $0.50 a week. Monthly checkout starts at 3 units ($4.80/month), and weekly checkout starts at 5 units ($2.50/week).
Units are not credits. They never run out.
Your units stay with you for as long as your subscription is active. They are not consumed by checks, and they do not deplete over time. Cancel any time
No contracts, no minimum term. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Your searches stay active until the end of your current billing period, and your search setup is saved if you ever want to come back.
Plan changes are fair
Upgrade and we charge a prorated amount for the rest of the period. Downgrade and the difference becomes account credit you can spend on your next bill. We do not refund partial periods, but you keep full access until your period ends.

Yes. You can switch between weekly and monthly billing at any time from your account settings. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I run out of units?
If all your units are allocated to active searches and you want to add more, you can purchase additional units or upgrade your pack. Existing searches continue running, you just cannot activate new ones until you free up or add capacity.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes. Monthly checkout starts at 3 units ($4.80/month), and weekly checkout starts at 5 units ($2.50/week). You can still run lower-unit search setups; any extra units stay available for other active searches.
Does Classifindr offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial with 10 units. Your payment method is collected at checkout but you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your searches will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Both upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Upgrades charge the prorated difference for the remaining billing period, and downgrades apply a prorated credit. If a downgrade reduces your units below what your active searches need, the billing flow guides you through choosing which searches to keep.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other regional payment methods processed through our payment provider. All payment data is handled by our payment provider, and we never store your card details directly.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until that date. We do not provide partial-period refunds. If a plan change reduces your cost, the difference is applied as account credit toward future charges.
Do units roll over?
No. Units are not consumable credits, they are active subscription capacity. As long as your subscription is active your units are available, and they are released back to your balance when you deactivate a search.
Do I get bonus units for buying in bulk?
Yes. Larger weekly and monthly packs include bonus units at no extra cost, and the bonus scales up as your pack size grows. The exact bonus for any pack size is shown directly on that plan's card, and bonus units are added automatically each billing cycle. They behave exactly like paid units and appear on your account dashboard.
What is a multi-platform search?
A multi-platform search lets one configuration monitor several marketplaces at once (for example, Facebook Marketplace plus Craigslist). The total unit cost scales with the number of platforms you select, so a 10 minute search across two marketplaces costs six units instead of three.
